Non-Assignment Within Expiration Period: If the course you purchased is not assigned to you within the specified expiration date from your date of purchase, you are eligible for a refund.
Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally pay twice for the same course, please notify us promptly. We will verify the duplicate payment and process a refund for the extra charge.
Please note that refunds will only be considered under these specific circumstances. In all other cases, including change of mind or course content dissatisfaction, we are unable to accommodate refund requests due to the nature of digital course purchases.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products delivered due to damaged product or wrong product , we will replace the product or refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Customer must should have a unpacking video in case of replacement/refund after delivery.

Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link available on this website. To cancel the order you have to submit the cancel request within two business days from the date of order , as we usually ship the products within two business days from receiving the order . Once the order is shipped can not be cancelled , however can be requested for refund if the product is damaged.
Refund Policy
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. We usually process the refund within 3-5 business days after cancellation of the order is approved. However, in the case of any manufacturing defect or printing defect exchange can be initiated upto 10 days from the date of receipt of shipment. via Indian post Registered Parcel ONLY within 10 days of receiving parcel. Please inform us the tracking id of the parcel you are sending back to us. We will resend you a new copy after getting back the damage product. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
After we receive our product from the customer, after checking everything, we will refund the money in the original mode of payment within 7 days.
